  Great place but the customer service is rubbish, especially the electronic/appliance section, do you pay the help to just watch customers and not assist or maybe you tire them so much that they can nolonger be useful? Please improve your customer care.

  Most friendly stuff by far... Very helpful when you need something... The store itself is clean and provides a wide range of groceries, house essentials and also well rounded when it comes to looking for gym equipment

  Wide selection of goods and certainly fairly priced, however, the customer service is horrible! I had a terrible experience during my last visit there (03/02/2018)---I even wrote to management to complain. (1) In the appliances section, the sales personnel seemed more interested in watching soccer than serving me. (2) The furniture section made us wait for almost an hour, visibly taking their time (3) The cashier attending to us was not willing to help contact delivery section: I thought this was very sad (4) The delivery section is a mess: they wanted to charge me more than normal delivery prices and, worse, wanted to force me to use a delivery vehicle with items for three other clients. ADVICE: Organise your own transportation if possible!
