  Poor service 😢 😞 😪 6 counters but only 2 people working, 1 hour plus just to attend to one customer

  Poor service plus uncontrolled queues. Others just go in and making the queue long. Would have rated -10 A week later and the same.. one later still I'm queue. Do these banks care about us??
