  Very bad service and too slow... Move to the branch at acacia Park for better service...the staff at manda hill have no respect for their clients time. I'm disgusted

  Waiting for literally hours because they only have one person working on the sales and services desks. Not acceptable customer service that we pay for with bank fees every month!

  FNB Manda Hill dose not value a client's time. You can be in the banking hall for several hours while being misguided with caring. I was told to wait for bulk teller only to be told the teller is not available after an hour 😟

  The closing time indicated on Google maps (14:00) is different from the actual closing time (14:30) please update this information to avoid misleading your customers. Secondly the customer service is very slow. Please train your staff to be more expedient or better yet employ more staff.

  You can do better guys. Time is the coin of each of customers. See how many people are queuing outside your banking hall waiting to be attended to? Serious times like these, you can’t keep people incubated in your hall. Find alternatives and give your understaffed bankers some support. Waiting long for nothing. Disgusted customer
