  Very poor service. Only one teller operating and 3 hrs to get served. Why the inefficiency during business hours. Surely you can do better. No senior manager to normalize the situation

  Plenty of ATMs to allow for contact less transactions. The bank staff are very knowledgeable and are able to render assistance quite well. Seating is also quite pleasant (not those horrid metal chairs) though their placement is a bit awkward as you have to keep peering around pillars to see if it's your turn

  Absolutely slow service at the Sales and Services department. I’ve witnessed more than one employee bring people that they know into the bank and straight to the beginning of the queue. Very uncalled for

  Neat clean and modern bank. Quick customer service and average traffic. Was overall one of best banks in Zambia but their service as really deteriorated. As of January 2022, If I call their customer line on 362 it takes 15 to 20 minutes to talk to a customer consultant and it's not a toll free line, so I m charged for those minutes whilst waiting.. when a card transactions is declined they still deduct money from my account and last timr it took me about 3 weeks to get my money back after speaking to multiple customer consultants and writing multiple mails. Not my best recommendation for a bank as their card(POS services) and mobile USSD services have really deteriorated.

  Overall this is my unbiased review.Good location and space.Personnel from in bank and those outside needs to be fixed.Not quite friendly.It took me about over 40minutes to be seen by the Branch Manager who was not in office,didn't even get to see them.And no one attended to me.Hopefully it isn't a regular thing,it the head is not around how do you expect work to move smoothly,more over on a Tuesday morning.Other than that nice place.
