  They a great number of customers. The bank is said to be very good to its customers. It has a very good ewallet services that is a very fast service. This bank is the best in terms of personal relations, being able to take every complaints in real time. Unlike the ordinary banks called people's banks in Zambia where the bank takes months to rectify the complaints from customers. They are simply the best
