  My third stay at Fawty Towers. Each stay is better than the last. Always accommodating and clean. The staff is excellent.

  Sometimes things go smooth, people are chilled and friendly. And a stay in a place that mainly delivers a bed for the night turns into so much more. Faulty Towers is one of this rare places. We booked one of their spotless premium rooms, enjoyed the great pool and outside area, experienced great communication with Mirriam for booking a sunset cruise (nice choice!). We moved to the Zimbabwe side after 2 days to a fancy hotel 4x times the price only to discover, that the room & pool did not really make a difference. And then discovered we forgot a special power bank I bought for my girlfriend in Korea with a manga-cable from Japan. Stuff we love. And then: Boom! Being already in another country, the amazing manager called Ernestine made such an effort to send our stuff to the border so we could pick it up. Ernestine tried her best to save money when sending someone to the border. I can’t imagine any luxury hotel would provide such a service. Free or not. 7 out of 5 stars: You guys are awesome. Thanks so much!

  Fantastic accommodation! Quaint, nice pool, friendly staff. I really loved my stay.
