::There services are really good if they can just fix / pick up the phone when one wants to schedule an appointment.

::My insurance requested some explanation regarding the use of an antibiotic. I went back to CFB to ask a justification from Dr. Kumkum. They charged me a consultation of 490 Kwachas simply to get a letter. The letter was poorly written with plenty of spelling mistakes and abreviations... They like too much money at CFB. I had the same request for Medland and Medland did not charge while the letter was properly written.

::If ever I ended up in a hospital in Lusaka again, this is where I will go. Very good treatment. Fast. Cheap (well, relative to South Africa. For Europeans it could feel like they didn't pay anything). The full day in hospital, multiple tests, nurse availability, multiple doctors' visits, medication, meals, etc were so cheap, I almost felt ashamed. I didn't even bother trying to claim from medical insurance back home. On-site testing center for bloods and stools. Regardless of how bad I felt, the doctors' calmness were extremely reassuring. Hospital experience relates to a visit in March 2019 for myself and 13 year old son

::The nurses were very professional. A nurse called Mercy went the extra mile. The doctors are very good and know what they are doing. The place is sufficiently clean. But was crowded because of COVID so you could have up to 3 patients treated in the same room. I think some makeshift tents outdoors would also do. The waiting area was mostly over crowded, the numbers were overwhelming. Compared to other places this is far better.
