  One of customer service representative is very rude through me. Im disappointed on that. He was using his cell phone thats disrespectful to anyone. Please refer dont use their cellphone during work. Thank you

  Customer service of the bank is poor. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes in a line just to leave some documents. Even though there are some friendly faces , you need to plan your time in advance if you are visiting this bank .

  Sadly, I would have to agree with others who have said that service is poor here. I recently had the experience of it taking three weeks to open an account that should have taken no more than one week to open. Also, to see the correct bank officer, there is often a long wait, with no place to sit down. At least they need to provide more chairs for those waiting to see bank officers. We are talking of a business account, not a small personal account. I expected better treatment.

  Corporate banking with them is quite good and with there top notch open banking hall space, it cannot get any comfortable than this,.
