  The worse experience ever! Our problem was the totally uncooperative staff. We were a third party whose vehicle needed to be repaired. Getting basic answers to questions was impossible. Information about how to their process works appears to be a very closely guarded secret and they absolutely refuse to communicate via email. Not disappointed, SHOCKED! If they operate in a similar manner to repair their own clients vehicles I would most certainly AVOID them!

  Great insurance company with a great blend of youthful and experienced staff. Great range of insurance products. I would definitely recommend.
