  If there is was a zero would have given it. Got a 1 cos its the last option. Worst customer service i have ever seen. No order. Customer service tellers pull up random clients as those they are doing us a fevor. Its your @$@@#!! Job!!!! No wonder Africa keeps going downhill cos of servers like these. Yes, you are servers to all your clients. Come back to Zed after 21 yrs and its so evident. Its pathetic! The bank manager ended up helping me cos i lost it and could not stand the nonsense!! Thank you sir

  I will give it 3 because it is a nice place,good staff and friendly work environment.Only problem is the staff seems a bit disorganized at Customer Care.Otherwise it's a good and reliable branch.👌
