  A very unprofessional institution. Brian at reception is very rude! They schedule appointments but don't keep them and when you complain they say 'first come first serve' so what's the point of having an appointment? Also, doctors leave in the middle of consultation or don't show up at all! I know health care in Zambia is not great but if I'm paying so much to be treated then i expect to be treated with dignity. I would not encourage any one to go there. For the amount of money you spend you might as well be treated well
