    The worst bank to bank with. You have to beg them to be of any help. I've been emailing and no one responds to you. Please guys rather bank with FNB and close your bank account with this pathetic bank. Absolutely useless, especially the useless team that attends to all their email accounts. I've literally left so many emails that no one is responding to. I just want my money and you can kiss me as a client goodbye.

    Zero star. How can the head office be operating like some branch in the compounds?? Even these small banks like Access bank beats your services. You can't have 2 tellers working and have people standing in the queue for 2hours, It is unacceptable. Please improve your services.

    I understand that the bank is really gunning to be predominantly digital and thus they have closed many other branches, but that then means at the few branches you have open, make sure that your services are top notch. Genuinely disappointed with the customer service that I’ve continuously received here. Myself and my family have been banking with Standard Chartered bank for multiple decades now and at this rate, I’m highly considering banking elsewhere. Employees need to understand that they are there to serve customers/clients, it would be nice if that were the case here.

    Pathetic! I don’t even need to say anything. You can just see for yourself from the rest of the reviews. Whenever you complain, an automatic response is generated making you think they care. Absolute joke of a bank. Any new customers, beware! The staff are so rude and unhelpful. They have no heart. They think they are doing us a favour by attending to our needs when it’s supposed to be their job. It makes you wonder if they even interviewed and chose the right people with the relevant qualifications for customer service. Also, the bank can not continue with services like this. They seriously need to do up their game. The wait times are horrible. They have a massive building yet squeeze us in a small room to wait for hours on end just to deposit a small check. Really really angry with them.

    They've been closing all their branches and now have this spanking new Head Office in its stead But they still only have 2 tellers for this main and only branch! Just getting some cash out took 3 hours and this did not seem to be unusual. The parking is disorganised and using online is not much help as online queries take as much as a fortnight for them to reply to badly. Their ATMs are as often down as up and telephone support is clueless. What a disgraceful bank. This British bank should join Barclays and just get out of this country and leave it to the local/West African/South African banks. They do not have any understanding about customer service or else they simply just don't care about their clients. Shameful.
