::In the last 3 years my experience with Stanbic has been great not until two weeks ago when i applied for a loan. I had previously applied for a loan in 2015 and the service was great and my loan application was approved within 24 hours. I paid off the loan two weeks ago and applied for a new loan through the Manda Hill branch but my experience this time around has been terrible. it has been two weeks and i have not heard any feedback from Stanbic and each time i call to find out im told my application is being processed.
