  Solwezi lodge is along the independence avenue road opposite NAPSA building. It is wall fenced and has a variety of flours and trees. It has enough parking space and has a natural shady backyard with umbrella trees. Service is generally good and the lodge is accessible using public transport. There is a bar and restaurant at the lodge. It is ideal for lodging, hosting workshops. Nevertheless, those who need lodges near the rivers or need more privacy in the outcasts will not find it to be ideal

  August 2022 Visited Solwezi Lodge for a day meeting, held in the small conference room. The room has adequate sockets and fair basic seats. We used the windows for ventilation so do not know if the air conditioning is operational. We brought our own projector, and our own projector stand and musical equipment, and I doubt those are offered.

  Only good thing is the location ...no water , restaurant closes early like by 19hrs , if you have an early morning breakfast service only starts at 7am and that's only tea and bread if you are lucky . The rooms are carpeted and very stuffy 🤧....the air-conditioning does not work. This place has so much potential to do better and be the place to be in Solwezi but management needs to step up ....the place is horrible 😫....

  Listen, the price was cheap but would’ve payed more for a better experience. The manager tried her best to please us but everyone else was terrible. The aircon was always out, they wouldn’t provide fans, they wouldn’t help serve lunch, the rooms were not good. We will not hold another conference there and look for a different lodge next time.
