  They really need to pay attention to what prices they display......most of the time prices displayed and what is in the system don't match. Today I bought a Gillet razor blade. The price displayed was K209.00 but when I went to the till the price showed K379.00 When I questioned the manager came said that is the price but will go and check. Before me was a gentalman who wanted to purchase a suitcase. He got a red suitcase which was marked K250.00 but when he came to the till and the tag was scanned it showed K299.00. It took the manager 15 mins just to verify both the prices. The guy left without getting the suitcase, I was tired of waiting because she was taking her own time. Eventually I paid the price for the razor and settled my bill, that is when she came and told me that it was a mistake and the person who was supposed to change the price tag did not do his job. I said I have no problem paying the price but they need to make sure that the price tags are displayed correctly. This is the second time this has happened to me and the management has done nothing to improve.

  It is a standard Shop rite outlet with layout and size with a good selection of products. The product route mapping is logical and works well. Selection of fruit is a little lacking though may be a seasonal deficiency. Cosmetic section has a good range. Store is generally clean with shelves stock maintenance executed relatively well.

  This is the most trusted supermarket in the country. With all the necessary shopping products under one roof. You enjoy self services shopping for all types of groceries up to agricultural products. Do not waste time moving from shop to another. I really do enjoy shopping with you guys
