::The staff were not well informed about hosting a children's party and the information was NOT accurate. 1. Their premises opens for business at 10:30hrs NOT @ 10hrs as stated on my kid's birthday card 2. The 20% OFF ON all purchases advertised was hectic to get. 3. The staff members were rude and disrespectful. 4. We were told to remove decorations and leave the premises before the agreed time. I had better customer service at debonair Pizza for a similar event two years earlier. I would NOT recommend anyone to have a kid's party at Romans pizza kitwe-Mukuba Mall. Though the tall dark guy was exceptionally good 👍 👌...
