  Centrally located, giving walkable distances to most shops and supermarkets. Has spacious and comfortable rooms. Will definitely return next time I am in Livingston

  This is nice and quite place to stay when you visit Livingstone. The rooms are very spacious and air conditioning is good. The place secure and has nice swimming pool. It's also very affordable.

  Good location, and are very helpful when it comes to pricing. It's indeed an Ideal place for an average zambian

  Nice big room. The linen is old. Need new linen., mattress. Provide kettle in room. Happily, the overly courteous staff make up for these deficiencies
