  A gym in Cairo rd, Cairo mall.. good ventilation.. good car park on the roof.. and a mosque for Muslims on top.

  Nice atmosphere here in the evenings. The crowd is quite lively and boosts one up after a long, tiring day. The equipment is quite new and they keep it in good condition. Unlike other gyms, they provide complementary water in the water cooler and is immediately replaced when one can finishes. Undoubtedly, the best plus point of this gym is the location as it is located on Cairo Rd in the central business area.

  The staff are very unfriendly. They don't greet customers nor helpful with the use of gym equipment. The staff attitude towards customers is below acceptable standard. Further, the gym frequently runs out of complimentary water which forces customers to buy from the reception. I have discontinued my attendance at this gym.

  Great environment with less crowd but enough motivated people. Equipments are new and good. Helpful trainer. Restrooms are clean equipped with modern settings and well maintained. Enough parking facilities.
