  Affordable, entry level accommodation. Well within 5mins drive of the CBD. Air-conditioned, hot shower and breakfast. 👍

  Plot 35 has lots of potential, the rooms are big and clean. However a number of things are disappointing. For example, lighting in rooms is poor, food is of poor quality, and not enough plugs for electronics.

  Poor finishing on the property. - Door to the room couldn't close properly and was difficult to lock. At one point, we were locked in the room and it had to take people to open it from the outside - No shower cream/soap holders in the shower - No shower door/curtain - Bathroom door couldn't close at all Poor service. The lodge couldn't even make toast for brekkie

  I recently stayed at the Plot 35 lodge in Nkana East, Kitwe. The room was big but lacked basic touch. 1. The beddings incomplete only had a blanket plus cream bedsheets with no extra towels. 2. The room only had two sockets at the end of the room which were only for the the tv and the fridge. Very limiting. 3. No desk table or aleast a chair to sit on 4. You couldn't even make tea in the room no Kettle no cups. 5. The shower had a dangling hand shower arrangement without an option to hang it as you shower. No shower curtain. 6. No where to hang your clothes or towel in the shower. No soap holder or soap it self.

  How can a guest house have some rooms that are not selfcontained? The design of the showers is poor especially in consideration of the tiles. The pricing isnt in line with the beauty of the rooms or surrounding.
