  My husband and I have stayed in Plot 36 for almost a week the service is poor the stuff is rude, you have to beg them to do things for you. CHILESHE PHIRI at the reception is the worst with the old lady that works there. I wouldn't recommend this lodge to anyone. K450 x 6 days no respect for the guests

  This lodge is located after Wusakile round traffic round about along the Kitwe, Ndola road right before you get into Kitwes town centre. I check in somewhat late and the whole idea of having to have to hoot 10mins + at the gate was unpleasant, I find Kitwe very alarming especially during night time. That being said, the room I got at what I can call a cheap rate was very okay compared to some lodges in the town, I never got to try the meals but they have ac cooled and heated rooms, hot water, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds🤣or maybe I was tired 🤷🏾‍♂️ I don't know. Its quiet and I love silence, also has less mosquitos as compared to lodges in Parklands area.

  1. Lukewarm water in shower due to faulty water heater which was not repaired even after reporting to staff 2. Rooms not well equiped; had to call reception for smallest things, soap, tissue, towels, mosquito nets etc. 3. You can't change tv channels from your room, you watch what everyone else is watching 4. No kettle or a few free beverages in room e.g tea, coffee. 5. A few friendly staff, most looked tired.
