  I was admitted to Pearl of Health for about a week,very sick.I am filled with gratitude from the commitment of Dr Mubanga and his team.Serving and saving others is indeed their true calling. Continue raising the standards of Pearl of Health ! More effort must be put in the cleaning of the rooms,and changing patient's beddings.I would recommend this health facility to those who are looking for high quality medical treatment.

  Very polite & gentle stuff, great service I highly recommend. Never come across such lovely nurses & doctors. My experience was amazing.

  The NHIMA experience is so uncoordinated starting with the waiting room which is always full of patients but without proper ventilation. You're lucky to have your name called for vitals to be taken on time and that is even after a long wait. That is not all, another "waiting" awaits you after the vitals are taken for you to see the doctor. The system is chaotic and needs proper management and coordination. There is simply no emergency as everything is at a snail's pace. Almost left without seeing 👀 the doctor.

  The hospital is good and the service is as well. Unfortunately though, no one ever answers the phone, and the landline doesn't go through. Would've given 5stars but the call line is a deduction

  The most disorganized so called private hospital, it takes ages just to see a doctor whose never in on time. Criteria for calling names is scrupulous regardless of what time a person came. Please improve in respect to people’s time. Organize your stuff. I would advice to go to a different private hospital because Pearl of Health has issues and is well disorganized.
