  This was a 5 star hospital that always deserved a 5 star rating. It was one of the best hospitals in Lusaka. I started going to this hospital in 2015 and stopped in February 2023. 8 years. The hospital was one of the best with top doctors and nurses who knew how to look after their patients. You would go in the hospital sick, then come out healed. They knew how to treat. 2 years ago the hospital has been on the decline. Doctors are rarely on duty. A sister has been put in charge, and it is just not the same. I went there sick, got discharged sick for the first time ever. Never going back unless things change. The sister doesn't ask deep questions about one's illness and never did the review I had gone for. Prescribed medicine i already had. She runs the hospital like it is her home. The last time I went there, I found 1 patient ahead of me, they had waited to be attended to for a long time, that they even slept on the bench. That is how bad things are now.
