  Was going to give it s five star experience but for the service. It crumbled when overwhelmed. On one particular rush hour, they served what was ordered but ran out of cutlery and didn't communicate that in time

  Their fiesta fries are a must taste. The fries were crispy and golden on the outside while tender and fluffy on the inside. The addition of melted sliced cheddar cheese took the fries to the next level. The small cut pieces of chicken also made the dish stand out, tender, juicy qith the right amount of seasoning. Finally the pineapple pieces added a sweet refreshing twist to the savory flavours. Overall, I recommend the restraunt and the fiesta fries.

  The chicken at Nando’s has been very tasty at all the locations I’ve been to in Lusaka and this location is no exception. But I am also impressed with the consistently good customer service— the staff has always been pleasant and friendly but also very attentive to getting the order right with good communication. The seating areas inside and out at this location are ample, clean and pleasant so I’m giving five stars again as I did for the Ibex location.

  It's okay, can do better with their wraps/burgers. They were so dry n not enough sauces in them. Staff was so tired they kept forgetting clients. Otherwise the chicken is lovely

  They have great meal options. Their chicken is well prepared and loved the freta fries and bo . They also have good vegetarian options, the mixed vegetables and chakalaka. Very tasty meals and healthy too as they don't add too much oil. Highly recommend this place.
