::They make a really good Red velvet cake (make sure to ask if it cream cheese frosting on it). I had in back in 2018 and 2020. Really tasty, moist and fresh. It was sooo good. The ambience of the cafe is everything. I truly love the relaxing aesthetic and the vibe there. They make really good drinks as well, I had a strawberry and lemonade freeze, so refreshing!

::I had visited mint lounge before but it was a rushed experience that ended up being take away, I opted to have my breakfast here today and get the full experience of their service. The atmosphere is pretty and very "chill", its not noisy so if you want a quick meeting over a meal or just somewhere to sit and chat it seems like a good option. The service is prompt, a little disorganised because I kept losing my waitress but others filled in on her behalf, which helped. The food was so lovely and scrumptious, looked very simple but I loved how it tasted and it was not over the top or exaggerated, just simple and delicious.

::Dined at Mint Lounge - Acacia Park. Love the chic decor and ambience, friendly and welcoming service, great range of healthy foods and drinks, many different types of cakes. You’ll get everything you need here. They also have a great range of healthy drinks and smoothies. Highly recommend it.

::Simply incredible experience!! At first it seemed like a simple cafe. The couch seats were very comfortable and fit my family comfortably. The evening sun was not blinding and a nice breeze was present as we sat outside. BEAUTIFUL! The menu was varied but the waiter gave good suggestions. Ever bite was spectacular. Of note the portions were much bigger than I expected and the baked potato and the quesodillas were large enough to have been shared ( we took half home)!! You should pick one starter to share, then only order ONE entrée. This was, by far, the best fish sandwich I have eaten in Zambia, possibly in the region!! The tarter sauce here is truly well done! I will be back!!
