  The food takes quite long to be ready,, been here since 13:29 and honestly it's just wings and a wrap I ordered...to this review time the food has not yet arrived,, the waiter doesn't come back to update us on the status even just out of courtesy..the food maybe nice but the service is quite disappointing..and its not the first time..were even almost out of our drinks now 🥺 edit: and the food finally came.. just look at these chips..most of them were soiled..💔I was really looking forward to my lunch but it was ruined

  I’ve been to meraki east park 3 times now and the delay to get food is appalling!!! As I write this review, I’ve been waiting an hour for a wrap. The wait staff doesn’t seem to care as they do not provide any updates and had to seek out the waitress.

  The customer service is rubbish,me and my wife were insulted by the girls who are found at the door for no reason and the guy at the counter did note give me my change. Do not waste your money and time by going the, there are far better places at east park

  Such a beautiful café right in the front of the mall. Nice to have this here where you can get full cakes, slices, coffee and tea. Their creations are quite amazing and in warmer weather it will be really nice to sit outside in the covered area. Hope they keep us their standards as I'd like to revisit soon.
