  A beautiful, modern, state of the art health facility. Excellent professionals, however the administrative inadequacies make visits to the facility a nightmare. I have only ever attended as an out patient and the wait times are gruesome and there have been a couple of times I have had an appointment scheduled only to be told that the doctor would not be available because they were out of town.

  Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. When you have an appointment, they will spend the whole scheduled period with you if need be. The staff is always helpful and my experience with other medical professionals in this office has always been above my level of standards.I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. It's clean and neat and one of the best in Lusaka..

  I would like to give a high rate to Dr Soni a cardiologist at this hospital. He is a very good doctor who listens, understands and has a big heart for his patients. I had a very successful discussion with him and he helped me alot. May God bless him.

  Beautiful, clean, large hospital with a variety of services. The phones are answered quite quickly and their charges are reasonable (depending on the service required of course). If I had to request anything it would be to have payment points at both lobbies as opposed to one. They have their own schemes as well.

  1.Excellent customer service 2. very friendly physicians 3. State of the art medical facilities 4.fully equipped and technologically advanced pharmacy. 5.super hygiened and cleanliness. 6.conveniently located off the great east road. In summary five star experience.
