It's unfortunate that everytime I go to marybegg I spend a good half of my day there. The recent visit did not disappoint. Was at the hospital at 8 and been sent for a scan. Got into the room and there was no one there. Went to the reception and was advised that the staff was at xray and would come through. The lady came through and told me to wait until 10. Now given that I too should be at work I found this unacceptable. When a service is being provided shift changes should ensure that all necessary services are covered for by the available staff, unless I'm living in eutopia. Please ensure that staff on duty are able to perform required services. We are customers/ patients who pay and come to you at our time of need.

Mary Begg is one of the worst hospital I have ever been to. Imagine the doctor who prescribed the blood tests knocks of exactly at 16.55 hours. By the time the test results come, you are directed to another doctor. This happened twice with me. A big drama ensues when prescribing the medicines. This hospital should revisit the medical practice ethics. Plz go this hospital at your own risk😭

They use to be the best but now they are the worst very slow at attending to patients you can wait for hours just for someone to get vitals and more hours just to see a doctor. Pathetic work ethics.

Worst service I have ever received from a hospital. Made me wait for close to 2 hours just for someone to get my vitals. No clear communication on process followed

Doctor Kasong was very friendly and caring. He was able to attend to three patients (myself included) on intervals and ensuring that we are out of pain. He also was able to speak to parents' loved ones who were concerned about the state of health of their family members. Though he used a lot of needles on me, he kept assuring me that it was for my benefit and indeed it was. Thanks Dr for heeding your calling and actually being a doctor who cares. Well done and shalom
