It's an amazing place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Lake. I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to go back for a weekend away.

Location is good. Some beautiful rooms. The pricier rooms are the ones that are actually good. The cheaper rooms are bad. Food is decent. Poolside area is really good.

The place has really nice views though, Staff needs improvement in terms of being kind. Their customer service is really pathetic. They also need proper shower areas (privacy) i.e if you came to swim there. Also didn't like the coupon deal. (400) & It's now a must to pay for it in order for you to enjoy the place I.e. have drinks or food or even just see the place. Prefer it would be ideal if people order what they want when they see the menu and get their change back other than using coupons.

Very nice place, a lot of changed over the years...some for the better - some not. As a business, they are growing well, maintaining quality and it is a great place to visit as a family. Good food, excellent finishings/surroundings and of course the slides for the kids. On the flipside, when we last visited, after getting good (bonus due to their anniversary) rates, it was sad to see that even a 2 year old is charged k200 for a bed and breakfast..with 5 children, 3 under fives, that can all fit on one bed, it was disappointing that the focus was not on family settling but charging where ever possible...that age don't cost much at breakfast or for the use of the room. Then the breakfast itself, whilst quality, was not a full buffet, having to order from a "breakfast". To.summarise, be client focused not only profit focused...customer services is good but don't lose the heart of business for an 'extra buck or two'... I was shocked to hear that Siavonga is NOT classed as a tourist destination, so it is a locals destination. I would stay again but seems I have to come prepared with an open budget!
