  Rooms are not as clean, no internet, hot water is a problem,the tap in my room could not close and nothing was done about it. Tv & aircon remotes are not provided instead u need to walk to the reception and ask the staff present to adjust the aircon temp(hectic) in your room & telephone(s) barely work......However, this place has potential to be great.

  On services provided so far, there has been water shortages in the rooms, and the TV sets in the rooms are not vivid (a lot of showers on screens). Limited foods to give to customers, there's no varieties of foods to eat . No electric kettles inside rooms, no tropicals and worse more was scant waters inside rooms.
