  My experience at your mansa branch is very poor, I have been in this branch for 1 hours now...still waiting to be served. Your manager sitting in a glass or see through office can't use his initiate as we have only one teller working while we have 3 empty cubicles for more tellers.

  This is a commercial Bank licensed by the bank of Zambia. It provides saving accounts, term deposit accounts, business accounts, money transfer services, salary and asset backed loans among other banking services. Their systems are automated, quick and secure. The customer service is good and the banking hall is pretty nice

  Good services, reliable, various payment methods, has a lot of tellers to decongest the queue. And has well trained workers, also has air conditioners inside to maintain the temperature. It also offers loans to those who qualify to obtain them and also supports visa cards.
