::Service is slow. Queues are long and only 2 out of 5 service desks open. They are a good bank, very modern and technological. They payments and transcations are quick. PayPal payments are quick as well. You dont wait a long time for a transfer to happen.

::This branch has the worst service ever. I have been trying to do an international transfer TO THE SAME BANK for 2 days now. The business banker has not been able to get ANY feedback "from the people that do the transfer". Also refuses to give me their number... "As that is not how it is done".. Well let me tell you.. Come January I will move my business elsewhere. If a transaction is processed before 2pm then a same day service or following day in the morning is expected. All I get is excuses. When O asked how many times has he followed up with "the people"... He switched the phone off...
