  Wonderful large colonial style house with large garden and wild area with impala wandering through. Delicious breakfast and supper. Very helpful and friendly owner and staff.

  Fleur de Lys was easy to find and located conveniently. I stayed in the main house. It felt like home. My laundry was done professionally every day by the staff on site. I was so grateful and impressed by this. Beautiful garden. The best and most magical garden I have seen in a home ever. Loved the dogs - I miss them so much, especially lil Rosie and Poppet. Loved the family dinners. It was like staying with family in a beautiful home. It was enchanting to wake up to birdsong and watch various buck walking about in the garden. There were mosquito nets in the bedrooms but mosquitoes were sneaky. An automated mosquito repellent did the trick. Overall, beautiful place to stay.

  One of my favourite stays of all time, Marcia is super welcoming and all of the staff will check you are comfortable. The food is delicious, grounds absolutely stunning and the accommodation is very homely. Highly recommend!!
