  It's a very busy bank..you just have to wake up early to be on the line if you want to be attended to fast

  I have wasted my 5 hours in the bank without my query being respond. The bank at kunda Square is overflowed with people and the tellers are very slow at working on people's problems...

  No order at all. The two ladies in small cubes are on cell phones.no one in the foyer to see and direct people. Am only here to renew my card but I have been seating with no clue who is going to help me. Why can't Fnb zambia introduce the ticket issuing like SA.where everyone knows which que to follow.pathetic

  The service is very slow and time wasting, I was in the line for three hours just waiting to be attending to. I don't understand why FNB is closing other breaches in Kitwe and making it's customers waiting for hours at one breach just to access their services.

  Be prepared for a very looooong wait. The service is slow, your patients will need to be high. Waste of a business day spent trying to do business
