  The Kabwe branch has deteriorated over time. The service is very slow and it is apparent the branch is understaffed-critically so. Be ready to encounter a chaotic system almost with no order. For sales and service, be ready to wait unnecessarily for a long time. Be courteous and you will not be attended to, trying to be unruly and beating the queue is the most sure way to get some service at this branch. I definitely do my best to avoid this branch now.

  I feel there are lots of spaces that need to be filled . I see no point in only having 4 people (2 tellers and 2 sales and service provider) working at the pick of the month. Leaving six spaces vacant . And the lines keep growing and growing , you're a service provider and the first national bank, do what i've known you for doing, don't act like ZANACO .
