  Spending almost 3hours just to replace an ATM card, this is so shameful! Its time to leave this bank and go to Stanbic or Absa.

  One of the most useless banks in Zambia..go with Stanbic, Stand Chart ...I was there this morning at online banking desk and this tall dude with his side facial hair doesn't even say hello! I had to say hib2 times to get his attention even then he reverted to playing with his cellphone! Banking has really gone to dogs

  Good service and friendly stuff. Proper corvid restrictions to keep their clients safe. Parking can sometimes be difficult but it's understandable for a same branch and it's location.
