  My first day at this lodge and there is no water to bath, and this is 9pm

  This is a great Lodge, with spacious clean rooms. Good and secure parking. The signage and directions need to be redone to include a phone number and distance. They should consider employing competent staff who can handle clients. Our rooms where give away even when we confirmed the booking and they did not ask for down payment. My colleagues had to sleep in another place. Then the same staff member kept giving me wrong directions for almost 1 hour. I even went past College of Agriculture. Get staff from Zambia Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Studies or other Tourism school and let those handle clients exclusively. Otherwise good quality place and I would highly recommend it.

  The room is 4 star status. However the kitchen needs more improvement as the customers need to order well in advance for ingredients to be sourced.

  Well furnished rooms and clean but work on your continental breakfast must contain bread with an egg and tea,unlike what you safe plain bread with tea
