::They gave me a reason to revisit them the next time I am in ndola. Excellent customer service despite it being a busy hour. The cleaners swinging into action like clockwork everytime a table is vacated. The kitchen delivered a real pizza with the right amount of everything! Yes the sales team very professional even when they handled a very difficult customer who was clearly testing their patience. Kudos to debonair kafubu..

::The pizza was good, i mean, it’s hard to hate on pizza 😂, but they need to sort out a few things. 1. Contacts on their website are not working, they need to update to reachable numbers. (Currently working numbers are on the receipts +260768199256 / +260768199255 ) 2. The pizza options are limited, so are the extra toppings options. They have advertised the double and triple decker but its not available in some sizes and some other toppings. And for limited toppings its the same with other pizzas as well. 3. Allow extra toppings however crazy it may be as long as the customer is paying, heck, let them add anything extra, pizza hut lets you so 🤷♂️. 4. Crust size not available… you cant choose between deep pan (thick crust) or thin crust. But overall the pizza was good, i even got a huge 2L soda bottle for free, yikes on the sugar intake 😂. Waiting time was fine, especially considering the place was busy, didn’t wait long so 👍. #pizzaislife
