  Let's work-it-out... Curves may be a women's only gym, but that's only for sensitive reasons. If you need your body toned the right way, the work-outs are tremendously helpful on the total body. And in just 30mins, you're awake within and out. They even offer a trial run for 7days, helps you decide if it's what you want or not. The staff are great and totally professional.

  I love that you have a trainer with you for every work out. A workout is 30 mins so very convenient for women on the go
