  Worst customer service I've seen in my life, have no respect for customers. My last experience there was humiliating as it was irritating, they literally searched my bags accusing me of stealing a towel. Imagine that.

  Its okay though it needs a bit more attention. Air-conditioning is lacking. Wadrops are also missing. Their bathing towels are old. No proper mats inside the rooms. The cooking is bad they should hire a professional shef. I think generally speaking they need a proper manager to run the place.
