  Rooms don’t match the pictures. Beddings are dirty and rooms have bugs. Terrible customer service. We booked a room in advance and on the actual day got there and we were told our room was taken so they opted to give up a room which was way below our standard. Decided to look for a different place but was promised they’d refund for the but till date calls still go unanswered. The manager is rude too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  Great beach though it could do with a bit of cleaning, the place nice but usually not a wide range of drinks to choose from

  Nice place to go hang out and have fun, lunch and all. The rooms were not as nice as we anticipated. The rooms we had did not have tiles plus the bathroom was shared. Great food though.

  Its good for people who love to be in a quiet place while reading a novel on the beach of lake kariba. The staff are very Welcoming. The meals I enjoyed the most is breakfast. Besides that I enjoyed swimming in the pool on a sunny day.

  Bay hotel has one of the great lake views in Siavonga and their food is nice. The rooms were a bit too ordinary for me, just like you would get at a cheaper lodge in the area. The outside has a small beach, great for fun
