The hotel is very close to the Victoria waterfall. Location wise, it is by far the best. The welcome is the best I have ever seen. The facilities itself are reminiscent of other major resorts in Africa but this is modelled after Africa large mud structures. There is wildlife roaming free amongst guests. You will never be so close to nature. The animals are very calm, with exception to monkeys and baboons. Keep your windows and doors locked at all times. There is a pool, gym, bar, full breakfast buffet, which I was told is halal friendly. There is direct access to the falls 200m away. There is also access to a local craft Market. There is a kids area for them to play and spend time in an enclosed space. The service is to a level I have never totally experienced before. Well done to the staff. There isn't much to do in the town unless you need supplies. The boma was 5 experiences in one. Be adventurous it may pay off or at least you tried it and know. Overall, a unforgettable experience especially if you share it with others. Prices are quite high for longer stays.

It s a very bad hotel. Prices are very high but rooms are very tiny and service very low. Breakfeast is not good. Pastry is not good. Very arabic oriented. No pork. They charge for espressos. Air cond very noisy in the rooms. A hotel to avoid if you dont want to ruin your holidays!

The hotel is a really nice good location, staff are lovely but some waiting staff are cheeky and ask for tips instead of waiting for us to give them. Rooms are cleaned daily, which is nice as some hotels are cleaned once you have left the place. The only thing is they only take U.S dollers or their own money, and it seems they charge you more when using the card.

We spent 2 nights here as a family! We all loved, especially the friendly staff. The food was amazing! Great place all round.

Very disappointing culinary experience. Food quality is very inconsistent. Much improvement needed when it comes to food presentation and flavours. Other than that, most staff are very friendly and amenities are pretty much on par with a 4 star experience.
