::One of the worst banks to deal with. Slow and terrible service, and they charge you fees that you didn't know about, even when you email them they don't bother responding. They don't tell you fees involved or explain why you're being charged for all the weird fees you keep getting. You don't get banking app notifications when you spend or receive any money. You don't get or receive any monthly bank statements. Utterly disgusting, please don't bank with them, rather go to FNB as they offer a better service and look after you as a client. I made a huge mistake of opening an account with this bank.
